When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile one on top of the other, it’s easy to let our health and fitness slip. The years go by and we don’t even realise how much our health had declined.

But for most of us, there comes a time when we realise things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.

For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.

When it’s time to turn things around and start a new health and fitness program, however, it can be difficult to know what to do next. And staying motivated is hard — especially if you try to do it all on your own.

That’s where I come in.

Whatever package you choose, from training in private to distance coaching, everything is about you, the client.

 

Here at Barassie Fitness programmes are refreshed regularly and classes change weekly.  All workouts are designed around your goals, likes and dislikes. Nutrition guidance is specific to you.

Its tough but achievable, I want you to succeed in your goals but I also want you to enjoy the process as well as the end result so when you're not busy training we have an active community to keep you entertained.

Fat loss, muscle gain, improve endurance, gain strength, run faster,  move more, deadlift, press up on toes.

These are just some of the initial goals my clients have started with. 

 

Personal training is not just for body builders and gym addicts.  I have clients age 50+, I have clients under 20.  .The one thing they all have in common is a desire to be healthier.

IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT THE SKINNY

Yes, the most common goal I hear is to lose weight, to be a size 10, get under 11 stone.  They are great goals, but what is also great is what comes with it. 

 

Gaining confidence, getting stronger, change in body shape, 'you' time, learning something new, getting new healthier habits, healthier eating as a family. 

 

These are all topics of conversation I have with clients, its not just about that end number, its these additional benefits that help change your mindset and habits.
