I have a range of classes to fit the specific needs of my clients.  Attending my classes provides a more social way of getting fit and the enjoyment of being part of a group working towards a common goal. Take a look at what I offer and sign up for a session today.

METAFIT

Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.

​

These classes are based in Muirhead activity centre.

​

£4 per class or £30 for 10

CIRCUITS

If you’re looking for a quick, sweaty and fun class, then you should try a circuits class. This is for individuals who want to push themselves to their limits.  Using a range of equipment and bodyweight exercises you will be surprised at how quickly it goes.

​

These classes are based at Barassie Fitness' studio and can hold a maximum of 6 people.

 

Friday 9.30am 

Saturday 8am

CORE

There is no better way to get those important muscles working than to engage in this low intensity class.

 

Designed to improve core strength and flexibility this class gives you a great foundation to build on and improve your overall strenght and fitness levels.

These classes are based at Muirhead Activity Centre at 7.30pm every Tuesday

​

KETTLEBLAST

All over conditioning, 30 minutes quick fire exercises.  Explosive moves challenge your strength to help sculpt your body by incerasing your metabolism and scorching fat.

Class is at Barassie Fitness Studios every Wednesday at 6pm.  Booking essential.
