A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

As a Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations

 

My method is to build a custom plan based on your goals, lifestyle, likes and dislikes. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Over the years I have been fit and healthy, I have been unhealthy, I have been overweight and fit and I have been underweight and very unhealthy. 

 

My own experiences have given me a  great level of understanding and empathy to people who are struggling with their overall health, wellbeing and fitness.

Barassie Fitness became reality in August 2017 after months of research, planning, premises searching and I love it.  I love seeing clients do things they never thought possible. I love helping people become healthier versions of themselves. I love watching clients improve week on week.  I love giving them a space to be them, with no emails, kids, partners bothering them.  I love being able to take my son to school, and help him with homework.  I love being able to walk 30 seconds to work.  I love getting to know all these new people.
