Storm in a A cup.

Sports bras. Love them or hate them they are a must if you have a bust. Or in my case, if you have a couple of faint bumps with nipples.
Why oh why manufacturers must you insist on 'removable' cups??? Why? It's one of the most upsetting clothing woes.
So, lets have a little look at what happens to these 'removable' cups?
They end up runkled up inside the bra and never return to shape
They fall out of the bra in the wash and end up in a sock and never return to shape
They fall out of the bra in the wash and are NEVER SEEN AGAIN
They come out of the bra pre wash and the dog eats them
They end up stuffed in a corner of a drawer and you can never match up the insert to the bra.
They never fit back inside properly.
You end up having funny shaped odd boobs because your inserts don't match.
There's a solution, I hear you all cry. Well there is, if you have a normal sized bust and need more than a training bra. Buy a bra with padded non removable cups. Unless you want to spend £30+ on a bra (I don't, I don't have that amount of boob to justify that price). You can almost never get a padded sports bra in an A cup that doesn't have those fecking removable cups.
I found one once. Its perfect, its yellow and black, looks sporty, has a racer back, with real clasps, padded, underwired, gives oomph and is in a proper 34A size. I have never found one like it since. Very soon its doing to disentigrate and I will cry (probably won't cry over a bra, but I want you to get the sense of devastation here).
So, my request to all you ladies (and gents but might be a bit creepy): please please please keep your eyes peeled for an underwired (actually the underwire isn't even a necessity), padded sports bra in a 34A that looks supportive enough for hiit and doesn't show your diddies when you deadlift. Its not alot to ask. Thankyoupleasethanks.
