We've all been told some absolute nonsense over the years, here I will try help you separate the crap from the truth.
1) Women should only lift light weights for higher reps.

2) Women need to do mostly cardio to lose weight
Balls.
3) You can't out-train a bad diet
Dat true
4) We need to cut out carbs to lose weight
Balls.
5) Too much protein will make you bulky
Balls.
6) Juice Detox's are good for you
Balls.
7) Eating healthily is expensive
Balls.
8) Water is the elixier of life
True.
9) I need to join a slimming club to lose weight
Balls.
10) 100 sit ups a day will give you a 6 pack
Balls.
